Our 12-1/2″ x 3.0″ tire with V-Groove Street Tread for the Schwinn S500 is very reminiscent of the rubber found on classic Euro-scooter designs with shallow grooves (or “sipes”) that can really give a nice grip on hard-paved surfaces, especially when the pavement is wet.
Because many of our customers prefer using pneumatic tires as they offer a smoother ride than solid or foam-filled tires, we offer this tire with the option of matching inner tubes. You can select the tire alone, or with a heavy-duty inner tube that uses an angled valve stem which makes the job of inflating the tube much less frustrating.
