Here is the replacement Push-to-Lock brake assembly for the Drive Medical Blue Streak & Cruiser III manual wheelchairs. This brake assembly is available for either the left side or the right side. They are not interchangeable.
The brake comes complete with the black rubber lever cover and the hardware.
