Jazzy Passport Power Chair Caster Wheel and Fork Replacement

Description

The caster wheel and fork assembly for the Jazzy Passport power chair features an 8″ solid flat-free tire, a 3-spoke rim, pre-installed bearings, the fork strut, and the mounting hardware. We offer this complete Jazzy caster and fork assembly in both the left and the right side configuration.
Please note that while the caster wheel is the same as used on the left rear and front casters, the forks are not interchangeable. The caster and fork assembly are unique to the Jazzy Passport and are not used on any other model.
