The high-performance carburetor for 48cc 2-stroke gas bicycle engine kits is a real jewel of a carburetor for use on a gasoline powered bike. It may be used on gas-powered bicycles, scooters, and even powered skateboards. The only limit to this little carburetor’s utility is the imagination of the user. You will be impressed with the high-quality gas bike replacement part.
The carburetor comes with an internal canister filter under a black plastic shroud held on by a stiff wire loop. As great as this carburetor is, we make the deal even better by letting you upgrade the filter with an additional 60 mm unit in your choice of color options. So if you choose your carburetor with a colored filter you will actually receive two dust-straining filters; the internal canister and the external additional upgrade.
Mounting the upgrade filter is almost as fast and easy as it is to tell you about it. Just pop the wire loop from the black plastic shroud, remove the cover, remove the canister, replace it with the upgraded filter. Tighten the hose clamp and you’re good to go.
Note: Although you could use both filters concurrently by not removing the internal canister, you probably would not want to as it may restrict the proper amount of airflow to the carburetor.
