Our heavy-duty clutch assembly with a 1″ bore and a #40/41/420 chain sprocket for go-karts and mini bikes may be just the part that you need for that perfect garage-built motorsports project. We offer two versions of this seriously strong centrifugal clutch; a 10 tooth and a 14 tooth sprocket. The choice is yours to make.
The 1″ bore allows this clutch to work with gas engines larger than 6.5 Hp. The sprocket-side of the bore is stepped down to 1/2″. In addition, both the 10 tooth and the 14 tooth drive sprockets are made for use with the common 40/41/420 chain size. A 1/4″ keyway slot and pair of set screws secure the clutch to your ‘kart or bike’s shaft.
