Go-Kart Reverse Gearbox Cable Guide and Shift Control Disc

Description

A replacement cable guide or shift control disc for go-kart reverse gearbox transmissions has a pair of apertures for the cables’ barrel ends. Sometimes simply called a shifter disc or a cable equalizer, the shift control supports the two attached shift cables, allowing the operator to shift the transmission into forward, neutral, and reverse gears. This is a commonly replaced go-kart part that is relatively simple to install. In addition, this shift control disc is made of cast and machined metal. This makes it far superior to some of the plastic junk that was used on some go-kart models in the past.
