The front caster anti-flutter kit for the Jazzy 600, 600 XL, 610, Quantum Q600, Q610, & Q6000 power chairs is a 6-piece set. There are two bearings, two washers, a spacer, and the nut.
Caster assemblies rely on some small, yet mandatory parts to ensure a smooth, straight ride. If your caster wheels are moving sporadically, “fluttering”, or just aren’t moving as smoothly as they once were, chances are some of those components have become too worn out and need replacing.
