If your scooter uses a pneumatic tire, our 8-1/2″ x 2″ inner tube for Hiboy® S2 and S2R electric scooters is the one that you want on both the front and the rear. Rather than using a bent valve stem this tube uses an offset straight Schrader valve that projects from the rim at an angle. No more frustration trying to chuck the air hose to the valve.
Like most electric scooters, the Hiboy® S2 and S2R scooters lack a built-in shock absorber. If road vibration is an issue then a tube and tire combination is a comfortable option. Even in this day of tubeless and solid tires, there is nothing quite as shock-absorbing and smooth-riding as a good old-fashioned pneumatic tire with an inner tube.
