3/4″–1″ Torque Converter Driver Clutch Assembly for Go-Karts and Mini Bikes

If you’re doing a conversion on your favorite go kart or dune buggy, you will need the driver pulley that properly matches the diameter of your horizontal engine drive shaft, either a 3/4″ or 1″ Commonly used on go-karts equipped with 6.5 Hp 196cc to 212cc GX200 style Honda Clone engines, including models from Baja Motorsports, Hammerhead, Manco (Dingo), Murray, and Yerf-Dog.
This torque converter driver clutch is what is known as a Series 30 clutch assembly. A Series 30 clutch may be discerned from the very similar Series 20 by its asymmetrical pulley. The sliding sheave will be conical while the stationary sheave will be almost flat in comparison. On a Series 20 pulley, the two sheaves will both be angled.
