24V 2A XLR SLA Battery Charger for eV Rider Scooters (Model S31055)

If you enjoy life on an EV Rider scooter, we have the best charger to keep those batteries in perfect trim. Our 24 volt 2.0 amp XLR battery charger for EV Rider scooters is made by Universal Power Group (UPG), the same company that makes the excellent Universal Battery brand.
You can use this charger on most of EV Rider’s lightweight scooters; the Classic Portable, the Elite Portable, MiniRider, RiderXpress, Stand-N-Ride, and more. In addition, you can use this charger on the EV Rider TranSport scooter but only if it uses SLA batteries.
Note:If you have an EV Rider Royale or SportRider series scooter, you will need the more powerful 24 volt 8.0 amp XLR charger due to their heavy duty deep cycle batteries.
This premium quality 24 volt 2.0 amp XLR connector battery charger is suitable for use on sealed lead acid (SLA) batteries of size 7 Ah or larger. EV Rider’s electric scooters are equipped with an off-board charging female XLR socket, and this charger comes with the right 3-prong XLR male plug. It sports an automatic shut off when battery charging is complete. Please note that the charging time varies greatly with level of battery depletion.

Short Circuit Protection – Prevents damage caused when operating in a short circuit condition for an indefinite period of time. The charger is “self-recovering” when the fault condition is removed.

Reverse Polarity Protection – Prevents damage when positive and negative polarities are connected in reverse.

Fully Automatic Operation – Safely charges and maintains a full charge. the final stage of charging is the float mode and the battery may remain connected indefinitely. In this mode, the charger maintains fully charged condition.

Designed to Prevent Over Charging – Automatically switches to Float Mode.

Complete 3-Stage Process – Bulk Charge, Absorption, Maintenance/Float.

Low Voltage Protection – When the battery voltage is below a preset value, the charger will not start charging.

LED Display

Lightweight – Switch mode chargers are much lighter than linear chargers.

A. POWER LED (Clear Lens – Red Color):

Power On – LED On

No Power – LED Off

B. CHARGING/FAULTS LED – (Clear Lens – Red / Green Color):

Power OnNo Battery/Full Charge (20 Hrs) – Both LED’s Off

Bulk /Absorption Charge – Red LED On – Green LED Off

Float Charge – Red LED Off – Green LED Blinking

Maintenance Charge – Red LED Off – Green LED On
