Straight spoke 12-1/2 x 2-1/4″ scooter rear rim complete with 80 tooth #25 chain sprocket, bearings, and brake drum. This rear wheel assembly is used extensively on Chinese electric scooters, such as some models of X-Treme X-360 and Boreem electric scooters.
