Here’s a great piece of rubber for your Currie-made electric scooter. The Currie 12-1/2″ x 3.0″ tire with Street V-Groove tire is used on the larger Schwinn, GT, Mongoose, eZip, and I-Zip 500-1000 series electric scooters.
The V-grooved Street tread is very reminiscent of the rubber found on classic Euro-scooter designs with sipes that can really give a nice grip on hard-paved surfaces.
Because many of our customers prefer using pneumatic tires as they offer a smoother ride than solid or foam-filled tires, we offer this tire with the option of matching inner tubes. You can select the tire alone, or with a heavy-duty, thorn-resistant angled valve stem which makes the job of inflating the tube much less frustrating.
