The humble 7/8″ black plug button is used on almost all Invacare power chair models. Invacare uses this same little plastic plug as their joystick tube end plug, an armrest tube end plug, a footrest and leg rest tube end plug… and more. Everywhere that Invacare uses 7/8″ diameter hollow tubing, they cap it off with this plug.
Whether you have a Pronto series chair, a Storm series, TDX series, a Nutron, or any other Invacare brand power chair or wheelchair, the 7/8″ plug is an often overlooked component part.
