Our Scratch & Dent Sale gray molded vinyl seat base cover for the Pride Shuttle, Rally, & Victory 3 & 4 mobility scooters will save you a few bucks. This is a brand new seat cover that unfortunately received a small (1-3/4″) cut in the vinyl toward the back. Once mounted onto a seat base, the cut will hardly be seen. So if a minor blemish like this doesn’t bother you, this is a great way to replace or repair a more seriously damaged seat.
In addition, this might work quite well on a rental scooter.
