Right side fork and caster wheel assembly which mounts on the rear articulating beam of Jazzy and Jet power chair models made by Pride Mobility Scooters Inc.
Some models that use this assembly are the Jazzy 1120 and the Jet 3 power chair models.
Fork and caster wheel assembly includes black aluminum thick walled steel caster fork, steel stem, steel spacer, black zinc screw, black zinc nut, black zinc nylock jam nut, black zinc washers, black zinc steel spacer, black zinc nylock nut, 200×50 tire molded to the rim, and 608ZZ double shielded ball bearings.
This is the fork and caster wheel that mount on the right side of the articulating beam on the rear of your power chair.
